About

I don't just write code.
I build systems.

Most developers think in functions. I think in workflows — end-to-end systems that solve real operational problems. That mindset comes from working across software engineering, electrical installation, and construction: I understand what happens when a system fails in the real world.

My flagship project, the Construction Inventory Management System, isn't a demo app. It's a production-oriented platform designed to replace the chaotic paper-and-WhatsApp workflows that plague Nigerian construction sites — tracking materials, equipment, workers, and expenses across multiple projects with fine-grained role-based permissions.

I trained formally at GoMyCode and have spent every year since building real things, learning by doing, and refining until the architecture is clean — not just until it works.

"I'm not interested in software for its own sake. I'm interested in what software can operate."

⚙️
Systems Thinker
I design with scalability, maintainability, and future integration in mind from day one — not as an afterthought.
🏗️
Builder Mindset
Every project I take on is something that could be deployed and used by real people in real operations.
🔐
Security-Conscious
JWT authentication, BCrypt hashing, role-based access control, and email verification are standards, not extras.
📐
Detail-Oriented
I refine architecture, folder structure, naming, and API design long after the feature already works.
Tech Stack

A deliberately chosen stack — practical, production-tested, and suited to building serious applications.

Not demos. Systems designed for real operations, with architecture that scales.

🚩 Flagship Project

Construction Inventory Management System

A multi-user platform replacing the paper-and-WhatsApp workflows on Nigerian construction sites. Tracks materials, equipment, workers, and expenses across multiple projects — with each user holding different roles on different projects simultaneously.

Project-specific permissions — a user can be Builder on Project A, Worker on Project B. No global roles.
Dynamic inventory tables — auto-generated from the database based on project context.
JWT auth pipeline — login, signup, email verification, and refresh token architecture.
Workforce tracking — builders, engineers, carpenters, bricklayers, and site workers managed per project.
Planned: vendor analytics — price tracking over time, quality comparison across vendors.

Field Operations Tool

Field Expense Report App

A daily expense tracking tool for field workers and site managers. Each user starts with a zero opening balance; funding arrives from named sources and is aggregated into total daily funds, producing a closing balance that automatically becomes the next errand's opening balance.

Multi-source funding aggregation — funds from MD, Secretary, and other sources combine into a daily total.
Carry-forward balance logic — closing balance of day N becomes opening balance of day N+1 automatically.
WhatsApp export — one-tap formatted report with bold headers, totals, and expense lines, ready to send.
IMS integration planned — expense data will feed into the company database for price tracking over time.

Backend System

Food Ordering & Delivery Platform

A multi-entity backend for a food ordering and delivery system. The data model handles the full transaction lifecycle — from vendor menus and customer orders through rider assignment to payment processing.

Multi-entity data model — Vendors, Meals, Orders, Riders, Transactions, Order Items.
Full transaction lifecycle — order creation through rider dispatch to payment settlement.
REST API architecture — clean endpoint design with CRUD operations and relational data handling.

Infrastructure Tool

LAN Messaging System

An internal messaging platform for construction companies — designed to operate entirely over company LAN without internet access. Workers can share documents, images, and large files securely within the company network.

Zero-internet operation — runs entirely over company Wi-Fi, keeping sensitive site data internal.
File deduplication — files upload to the company DB once; subsequent shares reference stored copies.
IMS integration planned — workers within the same company instance communicate without external platforms.

Beyond the Screen

Where software meets the physical world.

My software is grounded in something most developers don't have: hands-on experience with the infrastructure that digital systems are built to serve.

Electrical Installation
Residential and commercial electrical work, from wiring to full building services installation. Understanding how power systems are designed and fail informs how I think about software reliability.

Solar Energy Systems
Solar panel and battery installation — renewable energy systems from site assessment through commissioning. The crossover between energy systems and software automation is a natural next frontier.

Building & Construction
Building services technician experience on real construction projects. This isn't background colour — it's the reason my IMS is designed the way it is. I know what the site actually looks like.

Let's build
something real.

I'm open to full-time remote roles, freelance projects, and contract work. If you need a developer who thinks like an engineer and builds like one too — let's talk.
